2005
Sure Acres Sdn Bhd was founded by Lim Kim Guan and Priscilla Tan Shih Ching with the intention of entering the Malaysian property development market under the brand name, Casa Limini. Casa Limini’s first bungalow land lot development in Bukit Robson, Taman Seputeh, was fully sold within its first year of launching.
2006
Successfully constructed bungalows for the owners of the Casa Limini land lots in Bukit Robson.
2008
Purchased land in Kampung Kayu Ara with the intention of developing 29 town houses.
2010
Bought land in SS23, Petaling Jaya for the development of 6 town houses.
2013 (Phase 1)
We acquired a 3.3-acre land in Ijok for our first industrial project under the brand name Limini Industria, consisting of 8 semidetached factory units. As one of the earliest developers in Ijok, we were pioneers in recognising the area's potential for industrial development.
2017 (Phase 2)
Subsequently purchased a 1.7-acre land in Ijok for Phase 2 of the Limini Industria Ijok project consisting of 4 semi-detached factory units.
2022
Acquired 3 acres of land in Tapah uITM to develop 28 units of student accommodation.
2023
Developed a boutique industrial space consisting of detached factories.
2024
Won the prestigious Star Property Merit Award in the Business Estate category.
