I am extremely proud to introduce our industrial and residential developments under our flagship brands: Limini Industria and Casa Limini. We initially focused on residential developments but recognising the great potential in Ijok as a burgeoning industrial hub, we expanded into industrial projects. As one of the first companies to develop factories in the area, we saw immense possibilities for expansion and investment,
leading to the project’s success.

The first phase of our award-winning Limini Industria Ijok development was a tremendous success, culminating in the complete sale of the second phase of factory units. Building on this momentum, our newest industrial project, Limini Industria Beranang, will offer the same high quality, functional design, excellent road access, great value, and investment potential.

We have navigated both good and difficult times with resilience, thanks to our perseverance, unwavering faith, and determination. I strongly believe, “Success is a journey, not a destination.”
